Please, find attached the new proposal of Polaris Building for the winter season 2008 – 2009 to all prospective clients for apartments in “Polaris Inn” or in “Northern Star” in Bansko, which are ready and operating.
- Purchasing of apartments in the complex, whereas the price includes complete furnishing;
- Deferred payment within up to 2 years without an increase of the price, whereas the clients may use the apartments and the complexes immediately upon signing of a provisional agreement and depositing of the down payment.
- Concluding lease agreements for the apartments by a managing company with an option for extra income right this coming season even without the apartment price being paid off.
- In case of a serious interest in purchasing of an apartment by a particular client, an option for him/her to be accommodated free of charge for two nights in the complex on the principle of “see and try to get convinced”.
- In “Polaris Inn” only this very season will start operating: indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa center, lobby bar, restaurant, tavern and ski-equipment renting;
